Mark Lansing has been practicing law in Grants Pass, Oregon since 1988, after graduating from the University of Washington School of Law in 1987. He has a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Oregon (Honors College) and still writes for various publications. He is a past president of the Josephine County Bar Association and the United Way of Josephine County.
Lansing practices in the areas of business, real estate, insurance, personal injury and employment law. Though not an estate planning specialist, he has handled many matters involving wills, trusts, guardianships and conservatorships over the years. With an emphasis on civil litigation, he is considered one of the top trial attorneys in Southern Oregon. He does not handle criminal, divorce or bankruptcy matters.
